Including all the ingredients (you just need to add butter and an egg), as well as big and mini cutters, food colouring, piping bags, sprinkles and greaseproof paper.

Makes enough for approx. 36 mixed size gingerbread people (unused dough can be kept in the fridge for a week, or frozen for up to 3 months).
