What's better than Millionaires shortbread?!...BILLIONAIRES shortbread!

Millionaires shortbread has been put down, flipped and reversed many a time, so Jemma thought, let's create a Billionaires shortbread. Think, chocolate shortbread, chewy caramel and caramelised white chocolate. This recipe is not one to miss getting your chops around.

SHORTBREAD
225g Plain Flour
50g Cocoa Powder
100g Caster Sugar
150g Soft Butter
1⁄4 tsp Sea Salt
80g Dark Choc Chips

SALTED CARAMEL
200g Caster Sugar
130g Double Cream
65g Cold Butter
1⁄4 tsp Sea Salt
1⁄2 tsp Vanilla

TOPPING
190g Caramelised White Chocolate
15g Cocoa Butter
20g Melted Dark Chocolate Sprinkle of Shortbread Crumbs
