Inspired by the iconic cereal milk flavour, this cookie is a little bit genius. Toasted milk powder and sweetcorn powder in the dough, caramelised white chocolate and white choc chips throughout, then rolled in malty Horlicks cornflakes on the outside. Nostalgic, creative and completely addictive.
