Easy No Bake - Snickers Rocky Road Traybake

Caramel, Peanuts and Chocolate! These three elements make up the very recognisable, Snickers Chocoalte bar. We have decided to deconstruct it and make it into a Rocky Road. An easy no bake, fridge cake recipe, that you can go all out on or simplify it to suit your needs.

75g Double Cream
1⁄2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1⁄4 tsp Sea Salt
115g Caster Sugar
40g Butter

340g Dark
54% Chocolate
150g Butter
50g Golden Syrup
100g Peanut Nougat
100g Chewy Caramels
100g Mini Marshmallows (plus extra for top)
50g Rice Krispies
50g Salted Peanuts (plus extra for top)
