Birthday Brookie Recipe - Better than Brownies and Cookies?!

Sally is back with a recipe that combines two of our favourite things - brownies and cookies, to make the ultimate BROOKIE! But this isn't just ANY brookie, it's the ultimate birthday brookie! (how many times can we say brookie? Turns out LOADS!). This bad boy has everything - our fudgey brownie with pockets of caramelised white chocolate, stuffed with a perfect chewy funfetti cookie! We used a 10" square tin for this recipe.
