Returns

If you'd like to return a product it must be unused and in its original packaging. Please get in touch with your order number and details of the item/s you'd like to return and we will send details of how to complete your return. All Returns must be arranged prior to posting; we cannot refund unsolicited returns.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on Cookie Kits and Cake Kits due to the edible nature of the products.
