Hot Chocolate Cupcakes with Toasted Marshmallows

We could all do with a little pick me up right now and these Hot Chocolate Cupcakes will do exactly that. These decadent moist Chocolate sponges are filled with Chantilly Cream, iced with a 2-tone White and Milk Chocolate Buttercream, drizzled with Chocolate Ganache and topped off with a toasted Marshmallow. YUM!
