How to make the most GORGEOUS Snow Ball Cake

 

The most gorgeous, Winter Wonderland Cake is here and we couldn't be more excited to share the recipe for our favourite Christmas Spiced Sponge, filled with festive brandy buttercream and finished with the cutest (and very easy to make) chocolate spheres!

4x 8" Round Cake Tins

SPONGE
300g Butter
300g Dark Brown Sugar
600g Golden Syrup
3 Eggs 400g Milk
600g Self Raising Flour
¼ tsp Salt
2 ¼ tsp Ground Ginger
2 ¼ tsp Cinnamon
¼ tsp Cloves
¼ tsp Nutmeg

BUTTERCREAM
570g Butter
½ tsp Salt
900g Icing Sugar
4-6 tbs Brandy

CHOCOLATE BALLS
200-500g White Chocolate (depending on how many balls you’re doing and what size)
Oil Based Food Colouring
