How to make these Salty, Sweet, CHOCOLATEY Caramel Rice Krispie Treats


You may remember the OG Cereal Fun Bar from the Crumbs & Doilies Book.. WELL! Let us introduce you to the cool cousin that you absolutely need to make this weekend! Crispy, chewy, chocolatey squares with pockets of caramel and marshmallows - it really is as good as it sounds!

We used an 8" Square tin


150g coco pops
60g of other chocolate cereals
40g cacao nibs
80g mini marshmallows
100g dark chocolate chips (50%
2 packets of Rolos


135g brown butter
280 mini marshmallows
10g cocoa powder
30g dark chocolate chips
¾ tsp salt


250 melted dark 50% chocolate
20/30g of melted white chocolate,
Finish with extra cereal & rolos
