Jaffa Cake Cupcakes

If you've joined our Bake Club, you will have seen Dane testing these Jaffa cake cupcakes last week, so we OBVS had to share the recipe! Sally's showing you just how it's done and we think you'll agree, they look INSANE! Light vanilla sponge filled with delish orange marmalade, topped with a decadent orange ganache, a thick slab of orange jelly, all dunked in dark chocolate - what's not to love!?
