These cookies are loaded with White Chocolate, Pretzels, Brown Sugar and - of course! - Caramelised White Chocolate!

RECIPE:
230g Unsalted Butter, Chopped & Cold
160g Soft Light Brown Sugar
160g Caster Sugar
200g Caramelised White Chocolate Chunks
160g White Chocolate Chips
60g Crushed Pretzels
380g Plain Flour
60g Toasted Milk Powder
3⁄4 tsp Sea Salt
2 tsp Baking Powder
2 Eggs
1 Egg Yolk
50g Crushed Pretzels for rolling
