The Very Best Snickerdoodle Recipe

Is there anything better than the classic Snickerdoodle? I cannot believe we've never given you guys the recipe for these delicious, cinnamony, buttery cookies.. but now is the time! This recipe makes 16 cookies.

COOKIE
115g Soft Unsalted Butter
140g Caster Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
195g Plain Flour
¾ tsp Cream of Tartar
¼ tsp Bicarb
½ tsp Sea Salt

CINNAMON SUGAR
60g Caster Sugar
1 ½ tbsp Ground Cinnamon
