A sugar thermometer is an essential bit of kit for making caramels, candy, brittle, praline, toffee, fudge, and more. Made of hard-wearing stainless steel and featuring both Celsius and Fahrenheit measures, as well as the specific sugar temperatures for Thread, Soft Ball, Hard Ball, Soft Crack and Hard Crack, this thermometer will be a kitchen friend for life, and certainly beats dipping your finger in a pan of boiling sugar!

Accurately measures temperatures from 40°C to 200°C (100°F to 400°F), so can also be used for deep frying, and features a metal clip on the back so you can attach it to your pan when boiling sugar or making caramel. Measures approx 30cm.
