Easy Chocolate Marshmallows

Continuing our glance back through our 10 years on YouTube, Jemma is back in 2024 with a recipe for Easy Chocolate Marshmallows. Following the success of the original non chocolate 'Easy Marshmallow' recipe, posted 9 years ago, with over 1 million views, we wanted to bring you a chocolate version to make all the chocolate lovers out there salivate.

COCOA PASTE
50g cocoa powder
1⁄4 tsp sea salt
1⁄4 tsp instant coffee granules
1 tsp vanilla extract
70g boiling water

MARSHMALLOWS
24g powdered gelatine
60g water
200g caster sugar
100g water
90g x 2 liquid glucose

DUSTING POWDER
50g cocoa powder
50g cornflour
100g icing sugar 8” Square Tin
